Once a rental agreement is in place, the renter will receive a rental invoice via email. An initial (non-recurring) invoice may be sent if the rental term begins mid-month and/or if the renter owes a security deposit (a $100 security deposit is required if the renter is not a student in the Brumwell Harp Studio.) The initial invoice must be paid before the rental term begins. After this (or for renters whose term begins at the beginning of a month), the renter will receive a recurring invoice via email on the first of each month. When paying the first recurring invoice, the renter must opt-in to save their payment information. After this information is saved, payments will happen automatically on the first of each month until written notice is received to end the rental agreement. A minimum of one month rental term is required; after that, the rental term may end at any time.
