Harp Rentals

A limited number of harps are available for beginning students to rent. Each harp in the rental pool is a large lever harp with 33 or 34 strings and standard string tension and spacing. A Manhasset music stand and tuning key is included with each rental.
The rental fee is $40 per month. A minimum one month term is required; after that, the rental may end at any time, with no set limit or long-term commitment. No security deposit is required for students in the Brumwell Harp Studio. (For other local students, a $100 security deposit is required.) No harp insurance is required. Free delivery is included for Brumwell Harp Studio students. Free local pickup may be an option for other students (with an appropriate vehicle and guidance on safe harp moving), or home delivery may be possible for an additional fee. |

The harps in the rental pool are older harps, with many levers in poor condition. They are therefore tuned in the key of C and are best for beginners, who will rarely need to use the levers. More advanced students are encouraged to explore harp rental or purchase options through Lyon & Healy Harps.
