- Contact me with the date, time, and type of event.
- I will let you know if I am available. If so, I will provide a no-obligation price quote for your event.
- Confirm that you would like to hire me for your event and provide me with your mailing address and email.
- I will send a contract to you.
- Return the contract with a $75 deposit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- Personal check
- Venmo
When is payment due?
- A $75 deposit is required with the signed contract to hold the date. The remainder of the fee is due on or before the date of the event.
Will we receive a refund if the event is canceled?
- The $75 deposit is non-refundable. I will refund any other portion of the fee that you have paid prior to a canceled event.
Do you ever cancel after booking an event?
- I take my commitment to my clients extremely seriously. I will only cancel if there is no realistic or responsible way that I can provide the service as booked.
- If I need to cancel, I will contact you and actively work to find a substitute for you. I will refund all fees paid to me, including the deposit.
