Wedding Information & Music Selections
Your wedding is uniquely your own! Although traditional options are referenced below, choices for your ceremony are entirely up to you. A field for additional information is included at the end of this form. If your wedding ceremony plans don't align well with
the options I have provided (or if some details are yet to be decided), feel free to leave portions of the form blank and use the field at the end to explain your plans.
This form can be submitted any time after booking is completed, up to two weeks before your wedding.
See
"Wedding Music Selection"
for repertoire lists and audio clips.

For Catholic ceremonies, please fill out both the main form and
this additional form.

Seating of Parents/Grandparents
Traditionally, parents of the wedding couple are seated immediately before the processionals. (Grandparents are sometimes also seated at this time.) You may choose a song for me to play during this time, or I can simply continue to play prelude music as they are seated.
Plan for seating of parents:
*
We are not planning a special seating of parents. (Skip to "Processionals.")
We are planning a special seating of parents, as follows:
Number of separate seatings (often by household)
*
This is the number of times someone will walk up the aisle just before the processionals to usher parents (and/or grandparents) to their seats. If grandparents will be seated earlier (not just before the processionals), do not include them here.
Last person/people seated
*
After I see this person/people be seated, I will end the song I am playing, pause, then start playing the wedding party processional.
Music for seating of parents:
*
Continue prelude music

Processionals
Traditionally, a wedding ceremony includes two processionals: one for the wedding party and one for the bride. Sometimes only one processional is used. See
"Wedding Music Selection"
for processional options and audio clips. If you have no preference, select "choose for me", and I will select processionals for you.

For example, the attendants of a groom may enter with him from the side, while the bride's attendants may process. Alternatively, all attendants may process.
Number of adults/juniors processing
*
Total number of adult/junior attendants walking up the aisle during the processional.
Will adults/juniors process singly or in pairs?
*
Number of children processing
*

*
